Welcome to Balcanic Giveaway. By purchasing tickets, entering our competitions, or using our website (balcanicgiveaway.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter any competition.
Employees of Balcanic LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
All entrants must reside in a country where such competitions are legally permitted.

2. How It Works

You purchase tickets for a specific competition via our website.
Each ticket has a unique number and represents one entry.
The more tickets you buy, the higher your chances of winning.

3. Draw Process

Winners are selected randomly using a secure and transparent system.
The draw takes place immediately after the last ticket is sold.
If the last ticket is sold after 16:00 UK time, the draw will be held the following day.
Each competition will have one (1) main winner. Consolation prizes may be awarded.

4. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by phone using the number provided at purchase.
Failure to answer within 48 hours may result in another winner being selected.

5. Prizes & Delivery

Cash prizes are transferred electronically within 24–48 hours.
Physical items are delivered depending on your location, usually within 7 working days.
All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items if needed.

6. Ticket Validity

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Duplicate purchases or payment errors will be handled individually upon request.

7. Free Entry Option

You may enter any competition for free by sending a handwritten postal entry. Details are available on the Postal Entry Route page.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from participation or website use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by UK courts.
